Newcomers Settlement Initiative

The Newcomers Integration & Empowerment Initiative (NIEI) is committed to enhancing the settlement and empowerment of Nigerian and other Black immigrant communities in British Columbia. Our main goals for 2025–2026 focus on expanding support systems, fostering resilience, and creating sustainable opportunities for newcomers.

Cultural Exchange Programs

The Cultural Exchange Program aims to foster understanding between Nigerian and Canadian cultures by collaborating with local governments, schools, and community organizations. Key areas of focus include:
