At the Nigeria-Canada Association of British Columbia (NCABC), we recognize that the early childhood years are pivotal in shaping the future of our children. This crucial stage in a child’s life is foundational to their emotional, cognitive, and social development, which is why we have prioritized supporting our youngest members.
Our mission is to engage children early, providing opportunities for them to learn, grow, and explore the world around them in a safe and supportive environment. By fostering these early interactions, we aim to build a solid foundation that empowers children to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally throughout their lives.
Our Early Childhood Initiatives:
Educational Workshops & Playgroups: Offering hands-on activities and learning environments that encourage creativity, problem-solving, and language development.
Parenting Support: Providing parents with tools, resources, and guidance to help them support their child’s growth and navigate the challenges of early childhood.
Community Engagement: Creating spaces where children can interact with peers, forming positive relationships and building a sense of community from an early age.
Through these efforts, we aim to help children develop a love for learning and equip them with the skills needed to succeed in their educational journey and beyond.
